This toaster does a magnificent job of delivering perfectly toasted bread. Prior to purchasing this unknown brand; I owned an expensive Cuisinart toaster that failed on me after just 4 years. When I looked up a similar Cuisinart model prior to purchasing this; I discovered that it cost nearly 4 times as much as this one did. I had never heard of the name Continental, but decided for the ridiculously low price to give it a try. Lo and behold it produces better toast than the Cuisinart did when it was working. The toast comes out equally toated, right to the very edge. This is a great product.
